Garden Dinners
Tonight we had two garden dishes that could be served as entree's.
Creamy Italian Pasta
I sauteed chopped Egyptian Onions, Florence Fennel, garlic and Italian sausage in olive oil till tender. Added a couple bunches of coarsly shredded basil. Gave a quick stir and added Magic Mix, mixed with water. Stirred till thickened and seasoned with salt. Add riggiono cheese and tossed with whole wheat cooked pasta for a delicious main dish.

Scarlet Runner Beans with Ham
Some of the beans were too big to cut and eat,
so I took the seeds out of them and sliced the other beans.
Sauteed a chopped onion and garlic in olive oil. Added some diced, cooked ham. Added the beans and a cup of water and cooked over a medium heat. Season with a little salt and fresh pepper.
