I'm behind by over a month in blogging, but that just goes to show you how busy we have been! These entries are even a little out of order, but they let you know what we are up to.
The 27th we went to Penrose State Park. It was suppose to rain, but it was beautifully blue and sunny. We had a great day and a fun picnic. We even flew a kite.
We go blackberry picking around my birthday every year to get some purple delight. Of course there is a blackberry treat for those who picked. This your a simply delicious cobbler, as you can see by how fast it is being eaten.
The dehydrator was FULL of sliced zucchini, all nine trays.
I yielded one 1/2 gallon canning jar full. That's it.
We'll add the dried zucchini to soups, stew, stir-fries, etc.
It sure doesn't take up much space.
