What's to pick in the garden?

After a few days of hard rain I was finally able to get out into the garden and see what there is to eat.
Of course there was a load of zuchinni, but there were also these beautiful baby summer squashes that will be cooked with a handful of green bean and some round carrot slices.
In the wheelbarrow there is multi-colored beets, round carrots, mixed salad greens and "a", yes "A", tomato!
So for lunch today we had; beet greens & chard with Egyptian onions and bacon. OOOhhh
We've had lots of rain following our wonderful hot spell.
