It was so cool to pick an armfull of zuchini, half dozen beets for salads and a huge bunch of long carrots from the garden. Never have I grown such long carrots. It's wonderful when you figure out how to do something, and it works. Amazing!
So we had fried zuchini with parmesan chees on it, mixed garden greens with beets and hard boiled eggs, carrot sticks and ranch dressing for dinner. Garden yummy!
