August 5th Garden Harvest

Today this is what I harvested, along with spearmint and basil.
The wheelbarrow had scarlet runner beans, nante carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, fennel, cylindra beets, sweet yellow peppers and more strawberries.

Amy planted these beautiful flowers in front of our wood shed.

The tall plant in the back is Jersulam artichokes that haven't flowered yet.

This is a different kind of sunflower from the Autum Beauty packet.

It's wonderful when some different kinds get mixed in.

We let some of the Super Sweet Sugar Snap Peas go to seed for us to use as seed for next year. We are trying to save seeds from many of the vegetables that we grow.
