Winter Salad Greens

This afternoon I went out to the garden to see what there was to add to dinner.

Here's what I found:

Swiss Chard
Chickweed
Cabbage
Broccoli
2 different Chinese Mustard Greens (mild)
Kales
Bronze Fennel
Calendula Petals
May Queen Lettuce

This will make a great addition to our spinach Salad and will be perfect with Beef Stroganoff and Brown Rice for dinner tonight.
