Garden Update October 2, 2008

Today I was able to harvest a huge basket full of carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, brocilli and beautiful variety of baby summer squashes, Egyptian onions, lettuce and zucchini's.

I also cleaned out all of the summer squash and zucchini plants. In that garden bed I planted more broccili, chard, salad greens, parsley, and cabbage. I also planted more carrots, beets, turnips, rutabagus and parsnips.

We have lots of fall/winter plants coming up and some soon to be ready to harvest.
